Ingredients:

-Black Tea (Any kind)

- Water (dah)

- Cinnamon (for Sweet dreams)

- Nutmeg (to promote Lucid dreams)

- Milk (trust me, you’ll need it)

- Sugar (for sweetness)

Directions:

1: Bring the water to a rolling boil (told you you’ll need milk).

2: Put a few dashes of nutmeg and cinnamon into the boiling water and allow the flavors to blend. This step won’t be done until the water turns brown.

3: Pour into your favorite mug and add your black tea of choice.

4: Add the milk, sugar, and enjoy!
